Kèr Sjevi̊ùnyi̊ (Sjevi̊ /ˈʊnji̘/ [damage] [opinion]) is a subtropical Town located in the Nijhobbub Region of the Tetbur Commune.

The name Kèr Sjevi̊ùnyi̊ is derived from the Tauric language, as Kèr Sjevi̊ùnyi̊ was founded by Glkdsëkdo Rees Y̼ùco Price, who was culturaly Tauric.

Climate

Overview

Kèr Sjevi̊ùnyi̊ was founded durring the late 13th century in winter of the year 1163, by Glkdsëkdo Rees Y̼ùco Price. The establishment of Kèr Sjevi̊ùnyi̊ was plagued by a lack of willing colonists. After attempts to pay people to resettle failed Glkdsëkdo Rees Y̼ùco Price struck deals with nearby nations and communities to establish Kèr Sjevi̊ùnyi̊ as a prison colony.

Kèr Sjevi̊ùnyi̊ was built using the conventions of Tauric durring the late 13th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Kèr Sjevi̊ùnyi̊ is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature delicute timber framework hidden behind layer upon layer of finly ground plaster bleached to an almost glossy white sheen, with green clay tiled roofs and decorative brass-leafed trim. Even the smallest, poorest looking structures appear to be expencive thanks to the extreem elegence of the organic shapes and paterns going into their lofty, spire-y, vagly gothic designs. The more well off folks live in identicle homes, save for even shiner trim and a more whimsical appearance to their structures flowing forms.

Kèr Sjevi̊ùnyi̊ is was constructed arround several spacious baked earthen mainstreets which cross one another at certain axies, with smaller streets branching off of them to premit acess to the many buildings deeper into the road network. The overall fashion is remenessent of a circulatory system, or other organic construct, and is quite effishent in its design. The town emploies a series of defencive earthworks, spikes, and fences to provide some protection against wild beasts and smaller groups of intelegent foes. The town's minimaly adiquite are visibly old, but also obviously maintained semi-regularly. Its likly the local malishia or garrison are tasked with ocasional mantance of the towns defences.

A look around Kèr Sjevi̊ùnyi̊ has something terribly wrong with it. It’s impossible to put one’s finger on, but something is horribly wrong. Maybe it’s the way fog blankets the ground, but only in the connors of places. Maybe it’s the vermin scutteling between shadows in the corner of your eyes. Perhaps it’s the overcast sky which seemed to creep out of nowhere, or the distant howling of wolves. Maybe it’s everything together. Regardless, you do not feel it would be wise to remain in Kèr Sjevi̊ùnyi̊ long.

Kèr Sjevi̊ùnyi̊'s locals despise outsiders. For some “outsiders” may be natives of foreign lands, while others might have a grudge against anyone from outside the community. These locals have an active loathing, and the outsiders allowed to trade or interact with them do so at a heavy disadvantage.

Kèr Sjevi̊ùnyi̊'s town hall was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is which made use of the classical orders and mathematically precise ratios of height and width combined with a desire for symmetry, proportion, and harmony. It used columns, pediments, arches and domes are imaginatively in buildings of all types. Decorative features were seen as largely unnecessary as the sheer beauty of the structure itself was often close to art. However, many buildings with large ceiling spaces had their ceilings decorated with elaborate paintings, simply because the large flat spaces could feel wasted.
